At Hinch, we’re proud to welcome visitors backstage. Our stunning facility has been designed to allow the public an up-close and personal look at our equipment. Our fun and friendly guides will walk you through the history of Irish whiskey, explain how we distil and mature our spirit, before a guided tasting in our exclusive tasting bar. We have three tasting options available:

Classic Tasting: Sample our Small Batch Bourbon Cask and 5 Year Old Double Wood whiskeys.

Premium Tasting: Enjoy a selection of our finest offerings, including Small Batch Bourbon Cask, 5 Year Double Wood, 10 Year Sherry Finish, and Peated Single Malt.

Non-Tasting: For those under 18 or drivers, enjoy a soft drink as part of your experience.

Tasting Paradise: End your journey with an intimate tasting experience among the casks. Sample our finest drams, surrounded by the very barrels that nurture their unique character.

GIN SCHOOL EXPERIENCE

Learn about the fascinating history of Gin, how it is produced, and build your own recipe!

Gin School is not your typical classroom. Begin your experience with an award-winning Ninth Wave Irish Gin and tonic. You’ll be guided through the botanicals used in our recipe, along with hearing about the weird and wonderful history of how gin came to our shores. In our production area, you’ll then be seated beside our gin still and work on your own recipe, taking home a full 500ml bottle that you have created and personally labelled.

This is not a tour... This is a school—an engaging hands-on experience that will ignite your passion for gin-making.

The perfect winter warmer.

Join us this winter to hear the story behind two homegrown favourites: the immortal cure-all, Hinch Hot Whiskey, and a dark dessert with a kick, the Irish Coffee.

Some Like It Hot is a hands-on interactive drink-making workshop where you will learn about the fascinating history of hot alcoholic beverages, receive a live demonstration of the best way to make your own at home, and, of course, build and enjoy these drinks with friends.
