This 9 Year Old Single Malt, Irish Whiskey was double matured in premium first fill bourbon barrels for 7 years before with a further 2 years in a 225 litre, French Oak, Calvados Cask.

NOSE

Fruit forward with apricots, ripe green apples and bananas all playing off each other.

PALATE

A tropical fruit salad (think pineapple chunks, slices of cantaloupe and papaya) drenched in melting vanilla ice cream.

FINISH

Crisp lemon zest rides on top carried by soft, creamy maltiness.
