Our Small Batch Bourbon Cask is a premium whiskey expression which contains a selection of both Single Malt and Single Grain Whiskeys blended together in small batches by our Head Distiller.

Matured for 3 - 4 years The flavor profile is distinct and bold while at all times retaining great smoothness on the palate. Bottled at 43% to maximize flavour delivery on the palate.

NOSE

On the nose you detect notes of zesty orange marmalade and sweet dried apricots, which are balanced by a creamy maltiness and an earthy vanilla pod. The aroma is completed with a subtle hint of buttered toast.

PALATE

A rich and smooth experience, with creamy vanilla being the dominant flavour, followed by a delightful combination of pancakes and maple syrup, floral honey and dried fruits. The whiskey also show cases a burst of fresh cantaloupe and lively citrus notes.

FINISH

The chocolate-covered almond notes provide a satisfying sweetness, complemented by a delightful vanilla shortbread flavour. The finish is prolonged with a final burst of honey.
