NOSE

Ashy smoke from a crackling seaside bonfire, followed by heathery coal dust. The sweetness of charred pineapple emerges to balance the smokiness.

PALATE

Bold, robust and smoke-forward. Smoked rock salt and cracked black pepper is doused in rich, velvety honey sweetness. Dark chocolate rounds out the palate.

FINISH

Sweet smoke clings to the palate whilst chocolate notes linger until the next sip.
