METHOD
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with lemon twist.

INGREDIENTS
- 60ML NINTH WAVE
- 12 BASIL LEAVES
- 15ML SUGAR SYRUP
- 22.5ML LEMON JUICE
METHOD
- Muddle basil sprigs in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- Shake with ice and fine strain into ice filled glass.

- 5ML BLUE CURACAO
- 20ML DRY VERMOUTH
- 20ML LEMON JUICE
- 10ML GOMME
METHOD
