METHOD

  • Shake all ingredients with ice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 60ML NINTH WAVE
  • 12 BASIL LEAVES
  • 15ML SUGAR SYRUP
  • 22.5ML LEMON JUICE

METHOD

  • Muddle basil sprigs in base of shaker.
  • Add other ingredients.
  • Shake with ice and fine strain into ice filled glass.

  • 40ML NINTH WAVE IRISH GIN
  • 10ML CALVADOS
  • 5ML BLUE CURACAO
  • 20ML DRY VERMOUTH
  • 20ML LEMON JUICE
  • 10ML GOMME

METHOD

  • Shake all ingredients with ice
  • Fine strain into chilled glass

Ninthwave blackberry clover

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ML NINTH WAVE IRISH GIN
  • 20ML LEMON JUICE
  • 15ML BLACKBERRY SYRUP
  • 15ML CREME DE MURE
  • 3 DROPS FOAMEE / SOYA BEAN EXTRACT

METHOD

  • Dry shake all ingredients vigorously
  • Add ice and shake again until fully chilled
  • Fine strain into chilled glass

  • LONDON ESSENCE POMELO & PINK PEPPERCORN SODA WATER

METHOD

  • Picks out the peppery notes of the gin.
  • Aniseed from basil helps balance the citrus.
  • Squeeze grapefruit.
