  • 2OML LIME JUICE
  • 45ML NINTH WAVE GIN
  • 12OML OF GINGER BEER
  • MINT SPRIG, FOR GARNISH

RECIPE

  • 1. IN A COCKTAIL SHAKER, ADD MINT LEAVES, SIMPLE SYRUP, AND LIME JUICE. MUDDLE WELL TO RELEASE ESSENCE OF THE HERBS.
  • 2. ADD NINTH WAVE IRISH GIN AND FILL THE SHAKER WITH ICE
  • 3. SHAKE WELL
  • 4. STRAIN INTO A GLASS OR MULE CUP FILLED WITH FRESH ICE
  • 5. TOP WITH GINGER BEER
  • 6. ENJOY!
