Shipping Terms of Service

  1. Estimated Delivery Dates
    Any delivery dates provided— including “last order dates” for Christmas arrival or other seasonal deadlines—are estimates only and are not guaranteed. These dates are offered as guidance to help customers plan their purchases but do not constitute a delivery promise.

  2. Carrier & Haulier Delays
    Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines may be affected by third-party carriers and hauliers. Hinch cannot control or prevent unexpected delays.

    As such, Hinch is not liable for orders that arrive later than originally estimated.

  3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
    Customers will receive a shipping confirmation once their order has dispatched. Tracking details, when available, are provided directly from the carrier and may experience delays in updates depending on the carrier’s system.

  4. Incorrect Address or Delivery Information
    The customer is responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is correct. Hinch is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  5. Failed Deliveries & Return-to-Sender
    If an order is returned to us due to missed delivery attempts, refusal, or address issues, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.

  6. Damaged or Missing Items
    Any issues related to damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered items must be reported immediately. Hinch will assist in resolving carrier claims where possible but cannot guarantee outcomes.

  7. Liability Disclaimer
    Hinch is not responsible for any consequential losses arising from delayed delivery, including missed events, gifts arriving late, or other time-sensitive needs.
