METHOD

  • 12 BASIL LEAVES
  • 15ML SUGAR SYRUP
  • 22.5ML LEMON JUICE

METHOD

  • Muddle basil sprigs in base of shaker.
  • Add other ingredients.
  • Shake with ice and fine strain into ice filled glass.
